Hello friends,
Five small poems this week. Enjoy! (And please consider purchasing The Robots of Babylon — your support would mean a lot to me.)
FREE WILL (Palindrome)
I'm all
I was.
It is
as it is.
A will
am I.
THE CHRYSALIS (Anagrammed Lines)
A shy echo splinters
those shiny parcels.
The chrysalis opens
physical otherness....
THE SPIDER (Palindrome)
Spider, spider,
up to no saga,
so not pure,
dips,
re-dips....
ONE-CONSONANT HAIKU
On one neon noon,
an ion in an aeon:
Union. Ennui.
RAPUNZEL (Lipogram, using only the letters in its title)
A pure, lunar allure;
a paler upper pearl —
reappear, a puzzle;
lure an unreal leap.
Pull up an earl,
per a rare appeal....
Lovely! I particularly enjoyed the haiku and lipogram. Thank you, Anthony!
